Getting started
The hardest part about making cheese and yoghurt is getting started. The simplest way to start is to use a basic soft cheese starter kit, with all the cultures, rennets, ingredients and equipment to make yourself a heap of camembert and brie cheeses. Those same kits with a few extra ingredients will then make Feta, Gouda, Edam, Blues and more. You will be eating your own cheeses in no time at all.
If you are feeling adventurous, you can try a premium, hard cheese kit – they come with a cheese press and all the ingredients to start making Cheddar, Swiss, Mozzarella, Parmesan and many more styles.
